Rates

Day-of Coordinating Base Rate: 

$3000 – for up to 100 guests. Includes three pre-wedding *consultations + 1 assistant on the day of your wedding. Rates are for 10hrs/Coordinator + 8hrs/Assistant on the day-of. Hourly rate is $150 thereafter. 

$3500 – for up to 200 guests. Includes three pre-wedding * consultations, + 1 assistant on the day of your wedding. Rates are for 10hrs/Coordinator + 8hrs/Assistant on the day-of. Hourly rate is $150 thereafter. 

$4000 – for up to 300 guests. Includes four pre-wedding * consultations, + 1 assistant on the day of your wedding. Rates are for 10hr/Coordinator + 8hrs/Assistant on the day-of. Hourly rate is $150 thereafter. 

Plus, two hours of coordination for your Rehearsal is also included in these fees if you are within a 40 miles radius of my workplace. If you are further abroad, fees will be in accordance with time and distance traveled and may require overnight lodging.

*Consultation meetings take place either in person, via phone, or on Zoom (depending on your location) and are approximately 2 hours each meeting.
 
Extra Assistants:  $450/day (up to 8hrs) and may be required depending on the complexity and timing of your event.
 
Mileage: charged at .50 mile for anything outside of a 40 miles radius of my workplace.
 

Lodging Fees & Meal Requirements: If your Wedding or Event is more than 75 miles from my workplace, and/or if your event runs past 12 midnight, and/or if your event site requires morning clean-up and we as the Event Planners are contracted with you for these services, we require you to pay lodging fees & meals for a minimum of one night up to however many days your events may take place. These prices are quoted on an individual, case by case, basis.

If you are having an out of town wedding and we are also coordinating the Rehearsal, there is a two-night lodging policy required.

My availability outside of our meetings times above: It is important to me you are confident in your choice to hire me as your day-of coordinator. With years of experience, it is my truest aim to help you create and have a Wedding Day you will never forget! However, you are hiring me as your Day-of Coordinator and not as your start-to-finish Wedding Planner hence, outside of our meetings listed above, you are welcome to contact me up to 1 x per week via email with questions or concerns. I will answer your email, when possible, within 24 hours. Two weeks before your wedding, you are welcome to communicate with me as needed via phone or email and in which case, I will get back to you as soon as logistically possible.

Other itemized fees (in case you are needing assurance in these areas) include:

DIY Wedding Plan Review Rate (for when you are not hiring a day-of coordinator.)
$550 – Wedding plans for up to 150 guests.

$650 – Wedding plans for up to 300 guests.

Decor Consultation Fee:
$750 – flat rate. Includes two meetings at rental company + two hours of consultation outside of those meetings + final plan review.

Wedding Floral Consultation fee: 
$450 – flat rate, one-time meeting. In person or video conference depending on your location. Includes one follow-up consultation + review and editing of your Pinterest board.
